3. Orders and Payment

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order you place with us.
In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will notify you using the contact details provided at the time the order was made.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Courier shipping times are estimates and depend on our third-party logistics partners.
Once the package has been handed over to the courier, ALAS THRIFT is not liable for shipping delays, damages, or lost parcels caused by the courier, though we will gladly assist you in coordinating with them.

5. Return, Refund, and Inspection Policy

All requests for returns, exchanges, or complaints regarding damaged or incorrect items are governed strictly by our Return & Refund Policy.

Reminder: An uncut, raw unboxing video is strictly required within 48 hours of delivery for any claims to be evaluated.
